The short answer

Use the brief form and answer five questions: the languages and countries, what the recording is for, its length, the deadline and, if you have them, the script or a reference. Anything you cannot answer yet can stay open: say so and we propose.

01What to have ready

  • The markets the script is for, as countries when you know them.
  • What the recording is for: advertising, training, a phone system, a film.
  • The rough length of the finished audio.
  • Your date, if there is one.
  • The script, a draft or a reference recording, if you have them.

02What the form asks

  1. Languages and countriesChoose every market. A language alone means we propose the variant.
  2. What it is forPick the closest use, or Other.
  3. LengthWords or minutes, as you know them.
  4. DeadlineA date, or leave it open.
  5. Script, video or referenceOptional. A draft is enough.

03If you do not know yet

Say so. A brief with an open question is better than a guess: write it in the last field and we answer it in the proposal. Our guides on the brief and on language variants help you decide before you write.

Questions

Do I need a final script?

No. A draft or the length is enough to start.

Can I ask for several languages in one brief?

Yes. Choose every market in the first question.

What if I do not know which variant I need?

Choose the language and leave a note. We propose the variant for each market.
